RWANDA – GORILLAS & CULTURES PHOTO SAFARI
Enquire Now

INTRODUCTION

Rwanda, one of the smallest countries on the African continent, also, one of the most remarkable.  It is a land of dormant volcanoes, mythical rain forests and close-up encounters with the “Gentle Giants” of the Virunga, the Mountain Gorillas. Our safari furthermore includes a Golden Monkey trek. These little primates will keep you thoroughly entertained and are very well habituated. This is a day of fun photography. Rwanda is also a country of rich and vibrant cultures and this itinerary includes all three activities, Mountain Gorillas, Golden Monkeys and people photography, to bring you one of the most memorable safari experiences.

We will also visit the genocide memorial, which is my opinion is a must-see tribute to an estimated 1,000,000 people who lost their lives and off course to the family members, whom they left behind. Not only will this experience answer any questions you may have on what took place during this dark period in Rwanda’s history, but will also make you more so appreciate where this beautiful little country and her people find themselves today. This is of course optional.
